Good to know
Can I pay by card or in cash?
Yes. You can pay in full by card online, or leave a 20% deposit and settle the balance in cash with the chauffeur.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. The chauffeur adjusts his arrival to the new slot, at no extra cost for a flight-related delay.
How much luggage can I bring?
The V Class comfortably holds the luggage of 1 to 7 passengers. For groups and bulky ski equipment, the 19-seat Sprinter is recommended.
Do you offer inter-resort transfers?
Yes, directly from one resort to another, for example Megeve → Val Thorens or Chamonix → Courchevel, with a tailored price.
Are you available at night and on public holidays?
Yes, we operate 24/7. A 20% surcharge applies on Saturdays and 10% on Sundays per trip.
